Choose Your Practice Model | $630K-$710K+ Base | $100K Sign-On Bonus
An established Urology opportunity in West Texas offers the flexibility to choose the practice model that best fits your goals - General Outpatient Urology with no call or a Uro Hospitalist model with a dedicated 7-day coverage schedule. Both options offer strong earning potential, established patient volume, advanced procedural resources, and a $100,000 sign-on bonus.
General Outpatient Urology
- $630,000 base salary + wRVUs - over $1M earning potential
- 4 days clinic + 1 dedicated OR day
- Up to 30 patients/day & 3-5 procedures/day
- No call
Uro Hospitalist
- $710,000 base salary + RVUs
- 7-day coverage model
- 7-10 hospital consults/day & 3-5 procedures/day
- Hospital and ER follow-ups
- 7 days of call included; additional call compensated
Hospital & Practice
- 402-bed Level III Trauma Center with 35+ specialties
- Full General Urology and robotic capabilities
- Interventional Radiology available 24/7
- Outpatient clinic and ASC located across from the hospital
- Strong existing Urology demand throughout the community
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- New graduates and experienced Urologists considered
- H-1B sponsorship available
