Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Radiology) to join a hospital team in Palestine, TX. The Radiologic Technologist will perform a variety of radiologic and nuclear medicine procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensure patient safety, and assist with diagnostic interpretation. The role includes preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals and other medications per physician orders, conducting quality control testing, processing and enhancing digital images, and supporting cardiology stress testing under direction. Candidates must be able to utilize electronic health records and vendor-specific imaging software for post-processing. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine or CNMT registration. (Must be attached to submission.) Minimum 3 years recent Nuclear Medicine technologist experience in a hospital setting. BLS certification through the American Heart Association. (Must be attached to submission.) Experience with GE Healthcare NM Infinia systems and NEMIS / Xeleris 5.0 software. Ability to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform daily/weekly QC dose testing. Experience performing treadmill and stress testing or Stress Echo procedures. Ability to work side-by-side with a cardiologist or ACLS-certified RN for these procedures. Proficiency with Electronic Health Record systems and image post-processing (Xeleris, Nemis) for radiologist/cardiologist review. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital image enhancement and advanced computer technologies for processing nuclear medicine studies. Prior hospital-based experience in a community hospital setting. Assignment Details Shift hours: 07:00–15:30. Work days: Monday through Friday. No weekends or on-call responsibilities.
