Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Physician-led, patient-centered culture within a highly collaborative, team-based care model
- Leadership role with balanced responsibilities: 80% clinical / 20% administrative
- Lead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives, foster creativity and collaboration, and manage conflicts across clinical and non-clinical teams
- Reduced patient volume and extended visit times to support meaningful, high-quality patient care
- Integrated care model with embedded behavioral health providers for comprehensive, whole-person treatment
- Value-based care environment supported by a strong network of specialty physicians across the continuum
- Advanced technology tools, including an award-winning Epic EMR and DAX AI ambient scribe, designed to improve efficiency and reduce documentation burden
- Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance

Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- 5 years or more of clinical and direct supervisor/management experience
- Active DEA License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a Team Care model
- Fluency in EMR systems & technology
- EPIC experience a plus
The salary range for this role is $240,500 to $394,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
