We’re a 75-year practice with a deep, rapidly growing partnership with Parkview Health (named one of the nation’s Top 15 Health Systems by IBM Watson Health), and we are governed democratically by the physicians who work here. We are comprised of approximately 30 Radiologist.
- $700K+ compensation, with exceptional moonlighting opportunities to push it even higher
- No weekends or evenings — full-time onsite, 8am–5pm
- 10 weeks vacation
- Full benefits: malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match + profit sharing, CME/business expenses
- ACR Certified Breast Imaging Center of Excellence — full-scope: screening/diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsies, contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), DEXA, and breast MRI
Who we’re looking for:
Board eligible/certified Diagnostic Radiologists. Breast imaging fellowship appreciated, not required. We look for radiologists who pair sharp clinical judgment with an even keel — people who make the right call and work well with the team.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO)
Board certification or eligibility in Radiology
Breast imaging experience and/or fellowship training
Proficiency across all breast imaging modalities and procedures
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
The work:
Onsite coverage at our breast center and cancer institute — both on the main hospital campus — supported by highly qualified technologists and administrative staff in a positive, efficient work environment.
Fort Wayne is Indiana’s second-largest city — three hours or less from Chicago, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis, with small-town cost of living and big-city amenities. Indiana’s malpractice environment (medical review panel, damages cap) keeps premiums low
