- NO CALL- 100% IR- $800K
Description
Advanced Vascular Institute is an emerging outpatient interventional radiology group expanding across Florida. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist to grow with us from the ground floor. This is a full-time employed position offering true 100% outpatient practice: procedures all day, with continuity of care from consult through follow-up — and none of the diagnostic reading list, hospital rounding, or overnight call that defines most IR jobs.
You will practice alongside nationally leading physician experts in vascular and interventional radiology, including pioneers in musculoskeletal embolization, in modern office-based labs built around minimally invasive, image-guided care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) interventions — angioplasty, atherectomy, and stenting in a dedicated endovascular suite
- Embolization practice — uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), prostatic artery embolization (PAE), genicular artery embolization (GAE) for osteoarthritis, and hemorrhoidal artery embolization
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation: guaranteed $800,000 salary, with 9 weeks vacation
- Lifestyle schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends, NO CALL
- Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with match; malpractice coverage; and CME allowance
- Practice at the leading edge of outpatient IR — GAE, PAE, and emerging embolization therapies — with mentorship in high-growth service lines
- Ground-floor opportunity in a group expanding across Florida — early physicians will have first consideration for site leadership and medical directorship roles as new locations open
- Flexibility on practice location within Florida as the group grows, with no state income tax wherever you land
Requirements
- MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular & Interventional Radiology
- Eligible for (or holding) an unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA registration
- Strong endovascular and embolization skill set
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as the group expands (practice-supported)
- A patient-first mindset suited to clinic-based practice with long-term follow-up and referral relationships
