Neuroradiologist 3-4 Day Week Mostly Remote No Call 2-Yr Partnership
The Vancouver Clinic is hiring a fellowship-trained neuroradiologist for our 7-person radiology department. We're an independent, 100% physician-owned, 500-clinician multispecialty group in southwest Washington, 15 minutes from Portland, in a state with no income tax. Start date is flexible — ideally summer or early fall 2026.
The Compensation
- Our two neuroradiologists earned $550K–$665K in 2025 by choice of shift count; a full 1.0 FTE 4 day per week schedule models to ~$736K
- ~$4,000/9-hour shift ($440/hour) is our 2026 YTD partner rate
- Pooled partnership model: wRVUs go into a monthly pool and are distributed pro-rata by shifts worked, on an average workload of 72 wRVU/day
- Full partner shift rate from day 1 — no associate discount
- 2-year partnership track with no large buy-in
- Internal partners get first right of refusal on open shifts before locums — extra income is available whenever you want it
- Starting bonus up to $35,000, scaled to FTE
The Schedule
- 8 AM to 5 PM weekday shifts
- 3–4 shifts per week is what most of us work by choice; more available if you want it.
- Only 1.5 shifts per week in person.
- No call. No nights. No weekends. No hospital responsibilities.
- Vacation is highly autonomous. We are intentionally family-friendly.
The Work
- ~95% of your MR volume will be neuro
- CT, ultrasound, plain film, and PET/CT are shared equally across the department
- No mammography. No barium fluoroscopy. No IR.
- 7 radiologists, including 2 other fellowship-trained neuroradiologists
- Volume is growing steadily.
- Tools include Visage PACS, 3 Siemens 1.5T MRIs, 2 Dual-energy CTs (with a 3rd coming in 2027), GE Logiq E10 ultrasound, Cloud-based PowerScribe
The Group
Seven radiologists who get along great and back each other up on hard cases. We pitch in as needed — no territorial behavior, scorekeeping, or politics. We are 100% physician-owned and physician-governed. No private equity, no hospital-system parent, no corporate utilization committee deciding how fast you read.

The Location
Camas and Vancouver sit on the north bank of the Columbia River, 15 minutes from downtown Portland. You get Portland's restaurants, breweries, music, and airport — and a Washington address with no state income tax on every dollar you earn. Mt. Hood is under an hour. The Columbia River Gorge starts at the edge of town. The Oregon coast is 90 minutes west. Housing runs from downtown high-rises to suburban neighborhoods to rural acreage with a view of the mountain.
