Full-Time Breast Imaging Radiologist (Partnership or Employee Track)
Breast Imaging Radiologist | Up to $750k First-year | Monterey/Carmel, CA
The Practice: Monterey Peninsula Radiology Medical Group (MPRMG) is a 100% physician-owned private practice serving the Monterey County in California. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join our team.
The Location: Live and work in one of California’s most breathtaking coastal destinations. Compensation:
Starting date: January 2027 with some flexible towards July 2027 for the ideal candidate.
Starting partnership track salary: Up to $750,000, 2-3 years partnership track (depending on experience).
Employee track salary: Highly competitive. Total compensation based on experience and number of weeks worked
Partner Compensation: Highly competitive. Greater than 90 percentile national average
Clinical Scope & Technology:
Workflow: EPIC EHR. Visage PACS and PowerScribe One dictation.
Interpretation: 3D Screening & Diagnostic Mammography, Breast MRI, and ABUS.
Interventional: US, Stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies. Wire and wireless localization (EnVisio clip is used for wireless localization).
Weekly tumor board
Choose Your Track (5-day work week for both tracks):
Partnership Track: Includes some weekday evening general ED/inpatient call (5–10 PM). Up to 17 weeks of vacation. Overnight is covered by nighthawks.
Employee Track: 14 – 17 weeks of vacation. No evening or weekend call requirements. No holidays duties.
Requirements:
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging. Current fellows are welcome to apply.
Board Certified/Eligible and MQSA qualified.
