- Full Time Interventional Radiologist Azura Vascular Care Miami
Description
Azura Vascular Care Miami is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interventional Radiologist to join its outpatient vascular center. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a 100% ambulatory surgery center environment with a strong clinical infrastructure, experienced support staff, and a growing referral network.
The physician will deliver comprehensive vascular and endovascular care, with a strong emphasis on ESRD-related interventions and, depending on specialty, additional advanced procedures. The position is available as full-time with flexibility to begin as a part-time, ramp-up opportunity for candidates interested in building clinical time.
The selected candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team, including a Physician Assistant and experienced clinical staff, to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a procedure-focused role with no routine nights or weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Perform a broad range of endovascular and vascular access procedures
- Deliver high-quality care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage vascular conditions in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with clinical staff, referring providers, and operational leadership
- Contribute to program development and growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in NexGen EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Depending on experience, the physician may also perform advanced procedures such as embolization therapies (PAE, HAE, UFE).
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Minimum 3+ years of post-training experience preferred
- Active or eligible for Florida medical license
- DEA certification
Clinical Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in ESRD endovascular interventions, including:
- Angioplasty
- Thrombectomy
- Fistulagrams
- Experience with embolization procedures, including:
- Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
- Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
- Hepatic Artery Embolization (HAE)
- Experience with pAVF
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in practice growth and program development
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Spanish language fluency preferred, but not required
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong clinical judgment
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
- Interest in long-term practice building and leadership opportunities
Work Environment & Expectations:
- Outpatient, ASC-based procedural setting
- Monday-Friday, standard clinic hours - No routine nights, weekends, or call
- Participation in clinical and operational meetings as needed
