- Procedure Focus:
- Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
- Stereotactic biopsy
- Breast ultrasound
- Screening mammography
- Diagnostic mammography
- Breast MRI
- Clinical Leadership Opportunity: Physicians interested in leadership will have the opportunity to help define clinical standards and optimize workflows.

Lifestyle & Location
With approximately 1.5 days onsite per week, this role offers flexibility in where you choose to live. Some physicians in this position may prefer Lorain, Ohio, a vibrant community on the shores of Lake Erie, while others may opt to live in Cleveland and commute in for onsite days. Either option provides convenient access to the greater Cleveland area's world-class cultural amenities, professional sports, and renowned healthcare and educational institutions. Lorain itself offers the distinct appeal of lakefront living, nearby nature preserves, and a growing local dining and arts scene, delivering a balanced lifestyle that supports both professional opportunity and personal well-being.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (modified schedule may be available)
- Compensation: $500,000+
- Location: Hybrid (~1.5 days onsite in Lorain, OH, 3.5 days remote)
- Call Expectations: None
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure
- Time Off: Up to 10 weeks of paid time off annually for full-time physicians
- Target Start Date: January 2027
Qualifications
- Board-certified (ABR or AOBR) Radiologist
- Breast Radiology fellowship training preferred
- Active medical license in Ohio preferred
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program
