The Department of Radiology at NYU Langone Health is seeking exceptional candidates to join our nationally recognized section of dedicated Emergency Radiologists. This overnight position offers an outstanding lifestyle schedule of 8 nights on followed by 20 days off, making it an ideal opportunity for radiologists seeking both professional excellence and unparalleled work-life balance.

Practice Details
- General Emergency Radiology case mix: approximately 45% radiography, 45% CT, and 10% MRI/ultrasound
- Average productivity: approximately 9–10 wRVUs per hour
- Diverse pathology drawn from multiple clinical sites and Level I Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Centers, including Bellevue Hospital, one of the nation's premier public hospitals and trauma centers
Compensation and Additional Opportunities
- We offer a competitive hybrid compensation model with a base salary of $400,000–$550,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus RVU-based incentive compensation for radiologists who exceed established productivity goals.
- Internal moonlighting at rates up to $600/hour
- External moonlighting opportunities outside the New York City area with approval
Qualifications
- Qualified applicants must be ABR-certified or ABR-eligible.
- Experience with common Emergency Department MRI examinations (stroke, spine, MRCP, appendicitis, osteomyelitis) is preferred but not required.
