Description
Join an energetic, patient-focused team! Outpatient Imaging Culpeper is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a Full-time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Culpeper, Virginia.
Position Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Dayshift
Location: Culpeper, Virginia
JOB SUMMARY:
- Under the direction of the Regional Administrator, the Administrator:
- Comprehensive knowledge of business practices and budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques.
- Working knowledge of clinical and support service operations, the ability to plan and direct the work of others, and to develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures.
- A comprehensive knowledge of modern business and leadership practices is required.
- Current working knowledge of medical and/or imaging billing, billing regulations, preauthorization practices, as well as registration, scheduling, and (TOS) time of service collections processes.
- A working knowledge of imaging accreditation and applicable industry regulations (ACR, Medicare, etc.).
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Possess the ability to develop program objectives and deadlines and work within approved budget.
- Proficiency in computer applications, to include MS Office Suite.

Requirements
Experience and Education:
- To be competitive, applicants must have extensive management experience in hospital, healthcare, or related setting.
- Demonstrated experience in leading Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern business practices and budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques.
- Clinical Management experience (ARRT certification) and/or a degree in business or related field is required.
- A Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) designation is highly preferred
