Fellowship Highlights
- Advanced Clinical Training – geared towards either private or academic practice
- Abdominal Radiology (ACGME-accredited)
- Includes 3 months MRI , 3 months CT, 2 months US, 1 month CT/PET [RT1]
- 2 dedicated procedure months
- 1 elective month to tailor your fellowship experience
- Body MRI (TMB Approved & ACGME Non-Standard Training Program)
- Dedicated MR physics curriculum and hands-on experience in MR protocol optimization
- 3 elective months to tailor your fellowship experience
- Clinical Strengths
- MRI – Hepatobiliary, prostate, rectal cancer, renal mass characterization, high risk pancreas and pancreatic cancer, female pelvis, dynamic pelvic floor, MR enterography, oncologic & emergency MRI, PET/MRI, MR angiography/venography, MRI-guided prostate biopsy and Transurethral Ablation
- CT - Multi-energy CT including spectral CT and photon-counting CT, CT enterography, CT colonography, organ-specific multi-phase CT protocols, CT-guided procedures
- Ultrasound - contrast-enhanced ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and liver fat quantification, endometriosis screening, translabial pelvic floor ultrasound, US-guided procedures
- Resources & Facilities
- 25+ MRI magnets, including 9 state-of-the-art 3T systems
- PET/MR scanner, >20 CT scanners, >50 ultrasound machines from multiple vendors
- Large, centralized reading room + dedicated home workstation per fellow
- Tele-conference and virtual readout capability
- Academic Environment
- 30 Abdominal Radiology clinical faculty
- 21 fellowship-trained Body MRI faculty
