Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid
RPI is expanding its staff and is seeking radiologists with training in various subspecialties for current and future needs. Onsite, remote, and hybrid positions are available. We work with our physicians to tailor the role to fit your preferred work situation.
Worried about feeling disconnected in a purely remote position? RPI's hybrid model lets you work remotely while remaining anchored to a real hospital network, with access to staff, colleagues, and procedures when you want them. Onsite positions include a signing bonus and partnership opportunity.
Requirements
Physician must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Residents and Fellows are welcome to apply.
Shifts and Schedules
Traditional Day shift: Set schedule of 7a-4p EST with no overnight or evening duties. No after-hours call obligations. Weekend general diagnostic coverage is shared equally among all radiologists, approximately once every 4 weekends. Some weekends require only a single day, not both. Same 7a-4p shift with a clean sign-off. Can be remote, onsite, or hybrid.
Swing Shift: Generally a remote, mid-day shift with hours of 11a-8p EST. Can accommodate a 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off schedule.
2nd Shift: 3p-11p EST, can be onsite or remote. Can accommodate a 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off schedule.
3rd shift: 10p-7a EST, can be onsite or remote. Can accommodate a 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off schedule.
We are open to creating a non-traditional schedule for you too!
Compensation
Competitive salary and benefits, with compensation in the top quartile for private practices. Salary plus benefits, $650K-$750K, with additional opportunities for voluntary moonlighting and extra shifts. Signing bonus for onsite positions.

Dining and Culture: James Beard-nominated restaurants, the Dayton Art Institute, and free admission to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force (the world's largest military aviation museum).
Easy Travel: Dayton International Airport and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (a major hub with domestic and international service) are both accessible for easy travel.
Family-Friendly Communities: Oakwood is rated the #1 Best Place to Live in the Dayton Area (Niche 2026), with Centerville at #4 and Springboro at #7. Mason and several other communities south of Dayton offer additional excellent options.
Compensation Structure
Employment Model: W-2 (base salary plus benefits) or 1099 options available.
