• Practice is part of a full-service critical access hospital serving a large regional and seasonal population
• Hospital services include 24/7 Emergency Department, inpatient med/surg, long-term care, imaging, lab, ORs, rehab services, and specialty clinics
• Join a collaborative outpatient practice with 2 physicians and 3 Family Nurse Practitioners
• Supportive, team-based culture with autonomy and flexibility

Position Details:
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Outpatient-focused practice with 18-20 patients per day
• 4-day workweek available
• Optional inpatient coverage for added scope and additional income
• Serve a permanent population of approximately 26,000, with seasonal volume that increases significantly
• $260,000-$300,000+ total compensation, depending on experience and scope
• Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
